Assignment 28A - Exit Strategy

Exit Strategy
   This organization was never meant to be a short term thing for me. With the direction are government has been going in, this business is supposed to be a long term establishment. I want it to continue to expand and make it a norm for our country. I would love to be able to work on this for a lifetime and pass it onto my children if they do share the same passion to help others. As long as immigration continues to occur, and the laws that go with it continue to be enforced, I want my facilities to still exist.

Why
   I chose this because I feel the opportunity will be open for a long time, if not forever. If I can just pass on the rights to another relative who will share the same passion the facilities will continue to do what they were created for.

Influence Decisions
   All my decisions have been made based off the assumption that the business will be here for the unforeseeable future. My step by step process always seems to include another opportunity at growing whether it be with more employees, volunteers, or facilities themselves.

    The ideas you address in this assignment are truly elements that make each and every individual unique in terms of departing with the company. Your ability to collect and complete the assignment was quite interesting and I found that the many traits you have are similar to my own and are surely useful in establishing a sound basis for success in any avenue of work.
