My usual customer would probably belong to the low to middle class in society. More specifically women of minority background. Women tend to be more empathetic, especially to children in need.The kind of people who don't have the designer clothes, the newest and best car, or the biggest house. The one who goes to their daily 9-5 and hate their job but push on for their family. The type in their 30s and 40s, whose lifestyle makes them feel way older and deteriorating. They enjoy dramatic TV shows and Lifetime movies. They listen to old school RnB, soul music, and slow songs that are in their native language. Their favorite thing to do is enjoy family time or scroll on Facebook watching funny or emotional videos.
When I was describing this general customer, I found myself describing a good mixture between my mother and I. I feel that the people who go through any slight struggle at all are the ones who usually will help those in need the most. It's obvious those of minority will be helpful as well, especially if their own family can be the ones going through it.
Wow this is a strong avatar picture it really seems like a young woman who would love all this things you mentioned. The picture conveys a sound lady to is sensitive and in touch with the feelings of people in pain.

ReplyDeleteGood work and great detail in describing your avatar. I also found that my customer avatar was very similar to myself. Dr. Pryor mentioned in lecture that it is very common for entrepreneurs to create businesses for those like themselves because they are the ones who also have the unmet need that we are solving!
